This is now the second time cash back has been refused by lovehoney in the last six months. Used to be so reliable but not any longer. In my experience they are more expensive than most places and it is only the cash back that equals things out. Think I'll shop elsewhere in future. Shame as they used to be so good.

Why the negatives? Dont use chrome they block tracking cookies! These Guys always pay and i have used them for Years! Customer service is brilliant- No quibbles returns-I just bought £40 of stuff for £25 with free first class postage and got £5.30 Cashback --One of the Best Merchants on here and are miles in front of any other seller of its kind even without the cashback!

Undeniably a great merchant with good customer service, BUT their cash back leaves a lot to be desired. Despite doing everything correctly I have never received anything on two transactions, one dating back to December 2013. Needs to be improved!
