TCB's in ability to track my purchase resulted in me raising another missing cash back claim, however it is now pending after 3 weeks of pursuing TCB. Jessops is a reliable cash back retailer.

The amount reflected here is not the amount I paid. TopCashBacks Help says it is usual to see this, and that in the future it autocorrects, but it didn't.

Very slow to actually receive cashback - eventually the TCB staff had to make a 'goodwill gesture' and manually make the cashback payable as I had been waiting for over 18 weeks, this despite the average payment speed saying 11/12 weeks...

I placed an order with Jessops over 12 weeks ago and am still awaiting my cashback - this is now over 4 weeks on top of the estimated 8 weeks quoted... On top of that TopCashback are not letting me submit a support ticket either. Not impressed to say the least.

Jessops no longer offers cashback. I was told this by a regional manager in store. They say it's because TopCashBack sell customer details and so wont sign up to it any longer.
I had already made my purchase online through TCB and sure enough no cashback was traced. I would have used another retailer had I known so feel a bit let down.
This retailer should be removed from the list as THEY DO NOT PROVIDE CASHBACK.

Ordered two photographic items (not cheap, either!) for collection from the Bluewater store. Despite the most expensive item being confirmed as in stock, when I went to collect it, it was not in stock. Eventually got that sorted, but Jessops customer service was NO help.
As for cashback... well, 10 months on, and no sign of it. It initially tracked, then disappeared. TCB have been no help either. Despite monthly nudges, not a peep!
I will not be using Jessops again. Lousy stock control, rubbish customer service. Poor show all round.

If you are hoping for cashback from Jessops then do not bother buying here. I did not receive any cashback as stated. Lodged a claim but was told by topcashback that Jessops or the affiliated cashback provider will not be paying any cashback. No reason given and as far as I'm concerned is a complete con! You wouldn't get away with this in any other trade, regulated or not! Put me off using topcashback.

My cashback failed to show so submitted a missing cashback claim only for Jessops to say that they werent in a position to deal with it?? Not really sure what they mean by that but wouldnt use them again.

I made a purchase and everything tracked ok - about 3 weeks later claim was set to £0 as it said I did not meet criteria.
No facility to submit a missing claim as Jessops dont allow this - all in all not happy!

Hmmm, reserved for collection in store - way beyond the time I was due to collect, just as I'd parked up following a 30 mile drive to collect, the store rang to say they only had the display model left and that there wasn't even a discount if I opted to take the item. All they could do was apologise, half heartedly at that.
I eventually managed to fin the item 10% cheaper (delivered) even taking cashback into account. Jessops won't be getting my business again.
