Ordered a new camera on a click and collect 18/12/09 for £118.68 with a £9.49 due to come back to me on TC. Unfortunatly it hasn't tracked and TC are now chasing Jessops and have been since 05/01/10.It seems I'm in the elite club of 1% not tracking or i am the 1% !!!

It has taken almost 8 weeks for cashback to move from pending to confirmed.Don't know how long I will have to wait before it becomes payable.So,as long as you are patient there does not appear to be any problems.
