Purchased an item online for collect in store and was given a display item. Wasn't happy after paying £500 on a camera to find out it wasn't new. Returned the camera to Jessops and as the store didn't see where the problem was I sent a complaint to their complaints department. 8 weeks later I still haven't had an apology from their customer services only an e-mail after 5 weeks to say 'we are looking into this'. Cashback tracked as £0 and needed to be queried. Would I use Jessops again? No, not any time soon.

I wanted to order a camera online. There was no option to have the model I wanted delivered. I had to reserve an item to collect in store and I also had to pay in store as I wasn't given an option to pay online. Previous comments suggested I would get cashback on purchases made on the website where the payment was made in store, but this was not the case and I didn't receive any cashback. Very disappointing as I wanted to pay online but couldn't.

Jessop's prices on Nikon equipment are reliably good; yes, I could probably find the equipment a couple of pounds cheaper on the internet, but I value having items imported via Nikon UK and with a UK guarantee.

This was a great experience. I ordered all my kit online and got a discount of 5% with saver code. All the kit was reserved at the store for collection at my convienance. Picked up all the kit from the store and got very good service from Jessops. ON TOP OF THAT I GOT MY CASH BACK TOO. All in all saved nearly £70.00. Brilliant. Deffinetly user them again.

This was great - I was going to go straight to the shop and pick up my new camera. Instead I logged onto the website and ordered it for pick up. I still went to the shop and picked it up but earned cashback as well.

I rang Jessops shop at Metro centre Gateshead for further detail regarding their product as well as a delivery query and I found the staff very knowledgeable, and so helpful even though this was an online transaction. The products at jessops were great value. As well as my top cashback there was also a manufacturers £30 cashback deal off a camera which was paid back quickly and a fantastic deal on a cannon camera bag exclusively online.

After one week I sent an enquiry as I was worried my considerable transaction had not been acknowledged, just after that it was acknowledged and I am hoping it will be confirmed soon. A very good online shopping experience as goods great value.
