	Refused to pay out, claimed it was cancelled - Topcashback paid out They declined to pay out, dragged it out for 9+ months, claimed it was returned/refunded/cancelled. Topcashback's customer care team paid out as a goodwill gesture, so thanks to them. But as for JD they were just a middleman passing the order to Adidas so maybe go straight to the manufacturer's page.

	Useless and dishonest! Complete waste of time! They declined my cashback stating that goods had been returned and refunded, which is absolutely false. No stars, if I could.

	Doesn't honour as advertised Twice now I have had cashback declined from JD. No reason provided. Very irritating when that was the driving force for the purchase. Will avoid in future.

	Greedy! I purchased a £50 trainer in Oct 2021 and received £5.50 cashback. However, today JDSports has reduced this to £1 payable. Lodged a missing cashback and next time will buy from Nike directly.

	Cash back didn’t track even though I completed transaction from here and was all in one go, no saved basket. Had to submit a claim which JD declined immediately stating the sale had not been completed via topcashback- probably because I’d spent over £100 and they didn’t want to pay out! I hadn’t used a discount code

	Spend £160 on two items and only £66 of it qualifies for cashabck. Even without VAT and (p&P, which was free at that amount) is still a lot more than what they actually pay out on.

	Poor service, sent 1 pair of dirty soled shoes, never got a response to my email, declined cashback as the products weren't shipped even though I have received the entire order and paid off Klarna. I will not buy from JD sports again. At least I will now be saving £600 per year.

	My original order number was changed to two separate order numbers from different suppliers and JD Sports stated that the original order was not dispatched and declined my cashback.
