Claim didnt track and then claim was denied due to not being the last referrer which is nonsense. Followed all processes, cleared cookies and clicked through from the TCB website. Really disappointed.

Technical Issues
Checkout was down the entire time of the 10% cashback offer so couldnt benefit, started working again when the cashback went back to 2%

Not worth saving a few quid. Very problematic customer service. Dont want to accept product back even if faulty. On top of 7 day refund only policy, its a nightmare if you are not lucky to get the right product in the first instance.
DONT try new shoes from JD direct. Go in store and order a pair before purchasing online. Inspect the item as soon as you receive and take back to store immediately if any problem.

Frustrating Experience with JD Sports' Cashback Process
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at JD Sports. After a genuine purchase, expecting the advertised cashback, I faced a year-long ordeal of slow and inefficient communication. This prolonged process, marked by delayed responses and lack of clarity, culminated in the denial of my cashback without a satisfactory explanation.
This experience has been both time-consuming and energy-draining, leaving me frustrated and let down. The lack of transparency and efficiency in handling my simple cashback claim reflects poorly on JD Sports' customer service. It's unfortunate to witness such a shortfall in service from a well-known retailer.
