Online order was easy and efficent, product was as expected. Did click and collect to pick up in store and was served by a colleague who asked me to stand to the side whilst they got my parcel and carried on serving other customers, which was as expected. However, 10 minutes later when I can see my parcel on the side and no one bringing it over after it had been sat there over 5 minutes seemed a bit ridiculous.
