I have booked numerous rooms with hotels.com and never had any problems, in fact they are the best company I have dealt with for cashback. I just booked some rooms a hour ago and they are tracking already, which is incredible service unlike ORANGE that have not even tracked my purchase from December 09. Well done hotels.com for your fantastic cashback service and at 8% you will hard pushed to find a better deal.

i use this website every week to book my hotels and it really is the best hotel website on here, cheaper than the others by far, + the promo codes are simply brilliant, always tracks and they always pay on time. ive had more than £200 off them in cash back in the last three mouths not to mention the other discounts, hope this was helpful

Tracked after a manual claim from TopCashBack as it did not track within a week. Fairly quick once TCB got involved - thanks TCB. Hopefully not too long to go to confirmed and payable. Hotels UK was an easy site to use and no issues with booking.
