Quite a good rate of cashback although the transaction does not always track. Usually solved once a claim has been submitted though.

nightmare, never pay the cashback without having to make a claim through TopCashBack. TCP only allow a claim upto 100 days after the transaction took place so I've lost a number of my cashbacks.

At the time of booking it clearly stated we would get 10% discount using a code plus cashback but Hotels.com have declined cashback on all 5 of our bookings. We have lodged missing cashback claims and await the outcome.
