This offer is too good to be true. 7th March 2013 I purchased 1 week away for 2K @ 10% cashback. Week away was w/c 29th July 2013. Great week away, I checked out using the same card I paid with..Its now 20th August and still no sign of any money and no answer from Hotels.com, and topcashback. I wont use hotels.com again.

Excellent cash back rate and service, I use Hotels.com all the time now for bith business and leisure. I have only experienced ne problem with them and this was due to me using a disount code. I aways make sure when clicking through to the site I get the tracked box open up, I have received over £500 in cash back in the last two years and have had 7 nights from the welcome points scheme. Excellent - keep up he good work.

No cashback forthcoming and no rewards points either. Not a good experience with hotels.com. Topcashback have been stellar in trying to get them to pay up but hotels.com moved the goalposts. One snotty email winging its way to them now. It's the first and last time I endorse them. It seemed to good to be true and in my case was. Nearly £40 denied for allegedly using another search engine!!! Be careful and clear your history before visiting their site.

Booked with hotels.com jan-2012 for stay jul-2012. Completed stay as per their instructions. I am still waiting for their cashback (now jul-2013). Absolutely disgraceful.

I now regularly use Hotels.com for business and leisure travel. On the couple of occasions that I had problems with the hotels booked (and it was not Hotels.com fault), their excellent customer service as investigated and responded promptly. Cashback always tracks without any problems.

I have now used Hotels.com twice and each time they have refused to pay me any cashback with no relevant reason. This has also happended to a friend of mine. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

It did take a while, 6 weeks after the stay but the cashback has been paid and I cant fault the site , we got a great deal + £148 cashback so very happy, you have to have a bit of patience but they do pay up !

Excellent site, hotel prices are competitive and there is a price guarantee thrown in for good measure. I belong to their Loyalty scheme and only had one more night to add but it seems that 'rewards gained' only last 12 months and I was out of time. No probs though, they have always come up trumps and the cashback is a bonus. Tracked promptly.

I received a discount code through my e-mails from Hotels.com because I have used them many times. I didn't realise that I wouldn't get cashback if I used their code. I have just booked another holiday away and have found other providers to give discount and cashback. Our advice is be careful when booking as other providers are cheaper.

Brilliant site. I've use this, through topcashback, whenever I can. 8%-12% cashback depending on the offer, plus the site has a loyalty programme which is the equivalent to another 9% off. They also take all credit cards for no extra cost. And the prices are good anyway. The site works well and they are helpful and the cashback always tracks. It's brilliant!

Excellent hotel rates and cashback tracked OK. Became slightly worried after 3 months as the cashback was updated to 'not eligible' status - however - the correct amount became payable a few days later without any intervention from me.

Great Site - I now use Hotels.com wherever I can due to cashback and rewards programme. Usually tracks 9 times out of 10 and good prompt payment after the stay.

Did not receive cash back - was told that I booked a hotel through the hotels.com site but cannot claim the cashback because I stayed at said hotel and said hotel was not the one offering cashback. the deal is to use hotels.xcom not select specific hotels. RUBBISH !!! I will never use again. Fraudsters and con artists
