Had to chase for missing cashback, but I could have just been a bit too keen. Cashback has appeared and linked to the free day after staying 10 days it's definitely one I'll be using again.

Maybe I've just been unlucky but although the hotels.com cashback has, so far, always turned up eventually I have had to raise topcashback support tickets on 3/4 occasions relating to missing cashbacks & long delays before confirmed sums became payable. Topcashback have been very helpful & hotels.com product is good - just a bit much hassle recovering the cashback.

Great merchant, tracked without problems, cashback got paid in a couple of months. The whole cashback process went very smoothly. I used Hotels.com via this site a few times and would use them again.

I have to agree with all the positive feedback - friendly helpful service, cashback always appears, it sometimes takes a few months, but there has never been a problem. Sign in as a member of Hotels.com to qualify for the free night for every 10 nights booked. Excellent service, with very competitive rates.

I do book a lot of hotels through this website due to the 1 night free offer and the deals. My last few bookings however have resulted in a missing claim request for each stay. Never used to be like this, wondering why started now. The new policy does say wont now track until you have had your stay but still didn't track for me. Room for improvement.

Decided to book our USA holiday accommodation (8 nights) based on the amount of cashback we would receive through hotels.com. Still no cashback and all £96.97 of it after booking this 7 months ago. Very poor service.

Still not tracked after weeks, and not the first occasion. Check "newest" vendor feedback - not Highest - before purchasing. Buyer beware!!!

Just started using hotels.com as my husband is often away on business, The tracking has been almost instant so far and the occasional increased cashback is a bonus too. Love the rewards scheme where for every 10 nights stay you get a night free means as a family we get free weekends away too! Briliant love topcashback and love hotels.com

My dealings with Hotels.com never seem to track and I have to submit a claim. However, they have all come through and make a substantial saving if you can catch one of their regular 12% offers - though theis is usually nett after a small 'handling' charge part of the overall fee. I joined their membership scheme, too, and this gives you a further one free night every ten. Very good, and never had any problems with the booking actually being there.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CASHBACK. This is the second time I have used them and the 2nd time the cashback has been declined. The hotel has been paid in full and I am really annoyed that they have declined again. I will not use this company again
Have raised this with topcash back to pursue this matter.

Made two separate hotel bookings within days of each other. Neither tracked so had to put in a claim for both. One has now tracked but the other is still be investigated months later.
Also been a month since my stay and I’ve yet to receive payment for the one that has tracked (in the end), it’s just sitting at “confirmed” still.

The website was easy to use and the price/ hotel we booked looked great. However a family emergency prevented us from travelling and, although we had paid over £500 for the hotel, the fact that we did not stop in the hotel negated any cashback due.
