Have used this website 3 times so far, always tracked by next day and should pay out after stay complete. Excellent prices on their website plus lots of 10% discount codes and cash back makes it unbeatable value.

The whole experience with using Hotels.com has been excellent. Cashback tracked quickly on all three of my bookings, and has become payable less than 2 months after the stays were completed. I would recommend booking through them, as they also have excellent rates.

This website may offer high cashback but be warned they do not pay out. I am still waiting for cashback from 2 stays taken last October and TCB have been zero help chasing for me. Very unhappy customer and wish I knew this before I booked!!

I used Hotels.com on 24 April to book a room prior to buying tickets for an event in Weston Super Mare 4th - 7th May. On the night before I was going to travel I was emailed that the hotel would not take my reservation and to contact hotels.com urgently. As this was a very large popular event the town was very busy and the only accomodation that I was offered as an alternative was what I had already declined when researching the trip (poor ratings). Without my agreement Hotels.com then cancelled my reservation and told me that there was nothing they could do. This left me in the position of either travelling 300 miles with no accommodation or cancelling the whole trip and losing the cost of the event tickets and kennel fees for my pets totalling £120. As I was travelling by motorcycle I would not even have the option of sleeping in a car so I was forced to cancel. If you do use this company I suggest you check direct with the hotel to confirm you DO have a room.

Purchased hotel in Feb, as at May not even acknowledged despite numerous emails. Seduced by bonus cash back for time limited period. Hotel purchased was same cost elsewhere, but the Hotel.com cash back was the draw. To date - nothing just "waiting for merchant" on claim. Avoid like the plague

Purchased a hotel at a time of a special extra cash back offer in Feb. To date no response, no acknowledgement and no cash back in sight. Nudges sent, but no joy. Hotel was available at same cost elsewhere, but I was seduced by cash back on offer - wish I'd had gone elsewhere. Won't use this merchant again

Avoid this if you can. I have used 5 times in last two months and it has only tracked ONCE. When you place a claim the new regulations are that they will only process it AFTER you have been on your holiday, so prepare to wait many months. Very disappointed (not had any trouble with any other companies tracking!!)

I would recomend hotels.com to any one as it is easy to book and pay. I have used hotels.com on a number of occasions but this time I got money back from top cash back great.

Tracked quickly, however the merchant has declined my cashback and had to chase up for it! Still awaiting for reply- so based on that extra work I had to do to fill in missing cashback form and my time, I would say my experience with hotels.com via tcb has been less than average. I sure hope they will honour my cashback as advertised or I will seek legal action and sue them for damages to my online shopping confidence. I get so scared to click on advertisements now due to this experience!

Very wide range of hotels in al price brackets across most of UK and abroad. Good discount rates and easy to book. Never had any problems with this company and have no hesitation is recommending.

Tracked within hours and I was aware the payment wouldn't be made until after the hotel stay. I waited until 3 months after the stay and still no payment. Contact TCB and within 10 days the payment was made - fantastic service from TBC. Well worth the loose change tips that I put in when I withdraw funds. A cracking rate of cashback too!
