Really good amount of cashback, tracked very quickly. Also Hotels.com offer 1 night free after ten nights booked if you sign up.

They offered cash back. I prepaid and they gave me the cash back. A few days later i realised they had taken it back for no reason and no notification. I had to raise a claim and claim it back. Clearly a con?

A very good cashback for booking a hotel. I'm still waiting for 1 of my 4 bookings to be ratified, but I'm sure TCB will sort this out in their usual efficient way. Will use again.

Have had to claim multiple times for the same transaction and it's taking a lot of pushing for Hotels.com to pay up. I have also unfortunately had the chance to speak to their customer service who had not passed on my reservation details to the hotel and had me waiting on the hotel reception for over an hour.

i visted this site to book a 2 day stay in blackpool i paid in full at time of booking it trackjed straight away but then when confirmed it went to o then payed o ;i have now put enguiry in so not happy as i did pay£120 pound to get nothing back

Be careful - hotels.com have just rejected completely valid cashback claims from me. Although Topcashback's systems recognised the transactions immediately, the claims have been rejected with no reason given. :-(

I booked with these due to the amount of cashback i would recieve, in the end it worked out it was the cheapest hotel i could find for the area i was staying if i got my cashback, i got my pending cashback of around £6 and now its £0.00!! Its a con!

competitive prices and often have additional voucher codes.
JUST A WORD OF CAUTION - its worth double checking their accomodation description against the actual booking. I booked an all inclusive stay but my actual booking voucher showed as b & b only. when i queried this i was told AI would actually cost more although their site didnt back this up. I cancelled my booking and I booked AI elsewhere for less. However I have booked again with them on severel occasions and alls been fine.

Excellent accomodation at a very good price. Cash back figure looks good but as yet is still to be paid even though it is 7 weeks since checking out of the hotel and the transaction has been confirmed.

Used a few times when the hotels have been well priced. Each time I have received the cash back no problems - so I expect this time to be no different. Hotels.com is definately a website I use and they do offer price match if you need it and they have the same hotel on their lists.
