	Too long! 12 weeks to receive the cash back is ridiculous. Why does it take that long? Surely once the stay has happened and been paid for, the cash should be paid immediately!

	Great experience I booked my hotel with hotels.com. It was easy and I got a good price for my stay. Getting cashback is definitely an extra bonus as it's always nice to get some savings.

	always using hotels.com with TopCashback service always using Hotels.com with TopCashback service. Cashback is available shortly after the trip is completed. Sometimes can catch offers with 20%, usualy 10%.

	Not as stated I did query this amount as I was originally credited with about £70 in my pending account as I expected it then changed tp £10 ish. I have queried why this happened but have had no response about 6 weeks now. So no not impressed.

	Always pays on time 5-7 days after completing my hotel stay They always pay my cashback for hotels . com 5-7 days after I have completed my hotel stay. Would highly recommend! They also boost their cashback offering every week on either a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday for all stays coming up very soon or far ahead so look out for that! I only book now on these days when they offer this increased cashback offering, works a charm!

	Gave me far less than promised They were promising over 10% cashback and I ended up getting much less than this, more like 1%. Really misleading, and I've put a query in about it but no response for months.

	Happy with the service and cashback. Got my cashback 2 weeks after I came back from holiday, which is much earlier than promised originally. Regarding the actual booking, everything was fine and I would recommend the Hotels.com to everyone.

	CASH BACK PROBLEM I have never had an easy straight forward cash back from Hotels.com. I have always had to submit a claim to receive cash back and it is always less than expected or none at all given. They constantly offer high 10% cash back to pull you in, but is it worth it?

	Back to their old tricks Sadly normal service is resumed. Three bookings made on three separate days. The single day says track without issue. The most expensive 1 week booking of course doesn’t track and hotels.com refuse the cashback. Treat is vendor as speculative and every now and then you’ll get a payment

	Works! Better cashback here than on most hotel websites. I now mostly use Hotels.com instead of Booking.com because with cashback, it ends up being cheaper.
