First year I used this was excellent, it tracked immediately and payment was processed. Year 2 was different and did not track at all, I thought I had done it too early as you are only allowed to get 3 quotes per year. Year 3, I tried again but still no luck. I tried to issue a claim but the option to choose this merchant was not available, VERY disappointed.

Complete con. TCB also cons you by not putting the most recent comments first, as others have indicated.
Never tracks and you end up with muliple searches from the individual companies on your credit files. Avoid like the plague.
Another foul smell from TCB too.

SCAM. COMMENTS ARE SORTED BY STAR RATING TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE PEOPLE ARE GETTING PAID. SORT BY 'NEWEST FIRST' AND GO TO THE LAST PAGE. EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING.
EVEN 'NEWEST FIRST' IS SORTED BACKWARDS TO MISLEAD CUSTOMERS.
