See Below - GoCompare home insurance cashback has disappeared and now they have 'no record' of my transaction despite me having PROOF that I purchased. Avoid this absolute farce - if you just buy the insurance wihtout going through TCB it costs a bit less...so without the cashback you have been completely tripped off!

Not happy with GoCompare cashback performance at all - 5 weeks estimate until payable, I'm 14 weeks and still waiting! And TopCashBack customer services have been no help at all - essentially, 'tough, you have to keep waiting'. The cashback did convince me to use GoCompare rather than other comparison sites, so all seems like a con now.

DO NOT USE GOCOMPARE VIA TOPCASHBACK, THEY SAID MY HOUSEHOLD INSURANCE DID NOT TRACK WHEN IT DID BUT STILL REFUSED TO PAY OUT. CONTACTED TOPCASHBACK BUT THEY SAID THAT WAS THE OUTCOME , NOT VERY PLEASED AS THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES NOW ON DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. NOT VERY PLEASED BE WARNED DO NOT USE GOCOMPARE IF YOU WANT TO EARN CASHBACK

Used for car and home insurance in July and August and still pending. Slow slow slow. Seems since they started offering cachback of an amount rather than the 1 or 2 pounds its gone to pot.

Purchased car insurance through Gocompare and it tracked at £0.00 and has not been uprated in over a month. Also did the home insurance with them as well and this hasn't tracked at all. Not impressed.
