Did everything to a T. Had to chase to get my cashback tracked, had it amended and then when the fricking things went to payable it went back to 0.00. B*STARDS. Can't be a*sed to chase it again- which I bet they count on. A*SEHOLES.

Well i deposited a tenner got my bonus played and won some money withdrew £20 then lost all me money so deposited again and now it says i get 0.00 cashback - Like the games and im a slot person but not sure now whether will be playing again! Mainly because i aint getting the cashback so there loss and my gain as would have continued to play with gala shall go open account with Jackpot Joy instead and they can have me cash
