Ditto bad experience for me. £20 for new members did not track and neither did the £20 free in account when joining. Got the £20 free in my account after querying but still waiting for the £20 cashback for joining

Didn't track so I put in a manual claim. Showed as pending and then confirmed and then £0.00 because Gala believe that I've not...not sure what I've not done, can't read the info link. However according to the link it says £20 cashback as a depositing customer without a Coral account. Which I am. Beware.
