Waited over 6 months to receive the cashback as it tracked at £0.00 as have now been told that Gala will not pay me as i did not meet the T&C. Be very careful when using this service as i lost my £10 deposit that i paid in order to get my cashback as well, so an overall complete lose lose situation.

I was very disappointed by Gala bingo not paying the cashback they advertised, I did read carefully about the terms & conditions for this offer & did meet the betting conditions fully. Due to them not honouring the cashback I closed my account with them and would never recommend them to anyone.

Never tracked then rejected my claim even with all the details of gala account and credit. Topcashback said the cashback had been claimed by another merchant which is a great sign of reliability and that I get nothing. Not good at all

Tracked quickly, confirmed within a couple of days ,then after a week showed payable £0.00.
Very dissapointed with cash back in gerenal alothough i found the bingo quite enjoyable.

So yet another Bingo site and here goes it's pros and cons..
Pluses -
1. Very good cash back amount for the initial tenner, as compared to other bingo sites.
2. Good website with good speed.
3. Good Bonus, if you really are used to have bonuses.
Minuses -
1. Slow customer care, takes it's own sweet time to verify your account and get back to your queries. Verification process is faster in many other sites and casinos, some facilitate online verification too.
2. Live Help is slow as well, you ping for someone to respond and actually find someone only after a 15 min wait or not at all !!
3. Bonus wagering requirement is crazy, as even if you have winnings on your account...no withdrawal permitted unless you wager 2x of your bonus. If you try to w/d, not just your bonus but winnings are also forfeited.
Lessons Learnt...
Before opening any gaming link thru TCB or any cashback site, its good to check the retailers site and their listed terms and conditions. If acceptable, only then go for it or when you are sure to make a risk free profit...like in this case. Even if you lose your tenner, you still make £12 out of cashback !

Very disappointed, have spent the whole evening trying to get onto the Gala site via topcashback, have installed & installed various browsers on my computer & I still can't progress to the site (can do independently away from this site but then it wont have the tracking code for cashback). :(
