WOULD NOT PAY! Spent £216 on 2 Radley bags in conjunction with their 25% off offer and they have stated that the mmoney has been paid to another referral This is rubbish as I only use Topcashback and they have the time here of when I logged onto HOF site through them which matches exactly with the order placed time...AVOID-if you're purchasing online especially to receive the cashback HOF will not pay- don't bother! They also took 10 days to deliver the item when it was on the 3-5 days delivery and when i phoned to chase (having been housebound that long...) they came back to me 24 hours later with the phone number for DHL - eg chase it up yourself (which i would have had they have provided me with any tracking refs etc)
A WHOLLY BAD EXPERIENCE - SORT IT OUT HOUSE OF FRASER- YOU'VE ALREADY LAST MANY A CUSTOMER TO DEBENHAMS...AND I'M ANOTHER ONE OFF....
