	The company/garage are cheap and don't generally have a problem with them, but cashback always gets declined for me. Apparently "correct commission given" - well, there was none, they declined it. So don't expect cashback.

	After spending nearly £400 on tyres, cashback was declined as they said a discount code was used which is incorrect. Rather annoyed that no cashback was paid.

	Ordered new tyres online through Topcashback, spent over £100 for less than £3 cashback but it was declined saying that the cashback was not valid on the products purchased which was not true, as they're not on Topcashback anymore I guess they have no incentive to pay-out, poor show!

	If I could give it one star I would. The only reason I used Formula one was because I found them through cash back. I check a month after my service and it says 'cashback denied' I lodge a complaint and apparently they could not find my order through Top Cash Back. It is all a con to get you in. Will not be using again.

	Cashback was strangely refused, prices are too high for parts. Service was not good at all, will not be using again

	I been with TC for years.I know how to buy on here.They know how to refuse too.They also know TC won't chase them if they refuse.Cashback refused and they damaged my car.Definately won't be using them again

	I would ideally like to choose 2 type of Comments. 1) Unprofessional Experience with F1 AutoCentre. 2) Cashback process is clearly a SCAM The Click gets registered, the time of the Online Order gets registered and matches withins seconds of the clicks. Yes, the claim does not even get registered to begin with. Forget about claim denial. TopCashback get back saying - "Affiliate network may not have registered the click" ... F1 AutoCentre claims about customer satisfaction and then tries to hide the facts about what gets replaced and worked on your vehicle. Talking from experience I truly doubt going back to them.

	CHESTERFIELD branch....the cash back was paid as expected. Booked in for full service. Advised to have tracking, break fluid replaced and to have tyres balanced....but the service provided, the managers competence and the area managers attitude was SHOCKNG! unresolved complaint... Area manager aggressive and rude. AVOID AVOID AVOID. +++ stressful!!

	Would NOT go to these cowboys again! Booked the car in for a service and MOT. They did the MOT first FAILED the car and before they told us that it failed started the service and then let us know that the car had failed on a part that costs £250 + VAT and about £360 + VAT to fit. this is for a 12 year old car that we are righting off. F1 when I asked why they did not call before servicing a dead car just said 'you booked the service'! SAVE YOU MONEY go somewhere else! We don't have the use of the care but hay at least it's had an oil change :-(

	Avoid Cashback refused. I had a full service performed on my car including changing the brake fluid. Next day on the M25 the brakes failed, Green flag confirmed brake fluid was leaking from the system where it had not been tightened up correctly.

	Good prices on tyres, tracked inside an hour, will leave further comment on customer service etc when I have the tyres fitted!
