First time: great. Second time: 8 months, no cashback, no response to claim. It's worth a try, but I will only use them again if they work out cheaper BEFORE the cashback. In terms of rating my car service, it was average.

Tyres, exhausts etc are well priced but be careful that they don't try and trick you into having all kinds of other unnecessary work carried out as per all the "fast fit" garages.
