CHESTERFIELD branch....the cash back was paid as expected.
Booked in for full service. Advised to have tracking, break fluid replaced and to have tyres balanced....but the service provided, the managers competence and the area managers attitude was SHOCKNG! unresolved complaint... Area manager aggressive and rude. AVOID AVOID AVOID. +++ stressful!!

Good prices on tyres, tracked inside an hour, will leave further comment on customer service etc when I have the tyres fitted!

Cashback always tracks within 24 hours, confirms very quickly, and is paid very promptly also. Have used F1 in Redditch on numerous occasions and I have been more than pleased with the service I have received.

Would NOT go to these cowboys again!
Booked the car in for a service and MOT.
They did the MOT first FAILED the car and before they told us that it failed started the service and then let us know that the car had failed on a part that costs £250 + VAT and about £360 + VAT to fit. this is for a 12 year old car that we are righting off.
F1 when I asked why they did not call before servicing a dead car just said 'you booked the service'!
SAVE YOU MONEY go somewhere else!
We don't have the use of the care but hay at least it's had an oil change :-(
