	Absolutely Fantastic clicked through the link on PC. Worried when the First Direct website insisted I open on a phone app. I've not even set up online banking security yet. The cashback appeared as payable before I'd even received my debit card and account details through the post.

	Avoid It has been 6 months and I am still waiting on my cashback, there has been essentially no communication here and I am being told it could be another few months. Waste of time!

	Still no cashback Completed this 3 months ago and now topcashback are saying it could be a minimum of another 3 months to process the claim. Looks like there's an issue with it tracking and customer service

	Still waiting for cashback months later My cashback for a switch was confirmed in December 2025. It's now May and I'm still waiting for the cashback to be payable.

	6 months 2 escalations I escalated this twice, after 4 months and 6 months and it did eventually pay out but I’m not sure how long it would have taken without me pushing TopCashback customer service to chase payout.

	First ever switch. Just done my first ever current account switch. Cashback tracked in around 6 days. My major debits appear to have moved over smoothly and so far very happy. All in I should make £235 cashback.

	Delayed account switch, no welcome bonus received You only have 45 days to complete all its requirements in order to get the bonus. But they delayed the account switch, refused to extend the qualifying period. Poor banking services offer nothing more than displaying your money as numbers.
