My major debits appear to have moved over smoothly and so far very happy.

Delayed account switch, no welcome bonus received
You only have 45 days to complete all its requirements in order to get the bonus. But they delayed the account switch, refused to extend the qualifying period. Poor banking services offer nothing more than displaying your money as numbers.

Perfectly easy
set up a first direct account through topcashback and recieved the £35 within 1 week. It says to install an app so just open topcashback website on your phone and set up from there to recieve the bonus.
