	Money for nothing I got £25 for getting a first Direct account, Topcash money was in my account in a couple of days followed by email from Top cashback to remind me it was in my account. I have earned alot of money when I have purchased car insurance, Temu, eBay, etc Quick and efficient.

	Absolutely Fantastic clicked through the link on PC. Worried when the First Direct website insisted I open on a phone app. I've not even set up online banking security yet. The cashback appeared as payable before I'd even received my debit card and account details through the post.

	6 months 2 escalations I escalated this twice, after 4 months and 6 months and it did eventually pay out but I’m not sure how long it would have taken without me pushing TopCashback customer service to chase payout.

	Delayed account switch, no welcome bonus received You only have 45 days to complete all its requirements in order to get the bonus. But they delayed the account switch, refused to extend the qualifying period. Poor banking services offer nothing more than displaying your money as numbers.
