	Initially didn't track... ...however, once raised as a query, it was quickly resolved. I like the App and was more than happy with the £175 incentive First Direct credited to my new account within a few days of the switch completing.

	October purchase and still chasing in january Clicked through and created First Direct account immediately. Transferred through the required funds to qualify that day. Saw TopCashBack had tracked the click through in October and then I spent much of November, December, and January sending nudges. It is only when I opened a support ticket that my cashback "batch" was sent for validation. Been told to maybe wait another 16 weeks. Basically: don't expect this one to track or pay out. Don't let any cashback feature in your expected financial outcome lol

	First Direct Once I clicked through to First Direct and selected to open a new account, it brought up a QR code. I had to use this code and download the First Direct App. I didn't think the cashback would track as i was no longer using my computer. However, a few days later, the cashback tracked and is now payable! Very happy... and surprised!!

	unexpectedly fast payment Didn’t track initially so raised a claim. Then a day after the switch took place £36.75 suddenly appeared in my account at a payable status. The claim was still at an ‘on ice’ status indicating that the merchant. network hadn’t been informed of the missing cashback.

	Not tracked Not tracked so put in claim, waiting in a decision. Had to ask for the £175 payment for switching as the conditions had been met and 28 days had passed. This was paid quickly after highlighting this.

	Super fast I didn't expect this to track and become payable so quickly. It must have been less than 10 days to get £35 from here, and an additional £175 from the bank for switching.

	Super quick payout! This cashback didn't show up as even tracked, mainly I assumed because from clicking the link I then had to go to the FD app. Anyway, a week later and the cashback is not only confirmed, it also payable.

	The £175 cashback was good, but after sale customer service, rubbish! I haven't been able to login either via their app or website, since doing the switch and am going to be switching my new Current account from then soon accordingly, because of it.
