Not once have i had cashback track i have so many claims waiting and none have been resolved right back to June. Sometime i wonder if its me!

Don't bother. Transactions NEVER track. Hermes used to always track but since it became EVRI it just does not track. Don't waste your time with it.

no longer works, no matter how much i spend the only cashback i get is 2 or 3p, every claim is rejected even though it clearly tracked , but if i spend £30 i still only get 3 pence

Not a single one of my Hermes transactions has tracked and i have received no cashback whatsoever despite using them lots. Not impressed.

Doesn’t work. Cash back does not appear in account, when missing cash back claim is submitted it’s impossible to proceed as reference numbers are not recognised. Waste of time
