Hermes have denied £15 worth of cashback so far for no apparnt reason, we have done nothing different from any other transaction with them via TCB, very disarpointing

Its fine if you are sending to Northern Ireland.. If sending to mainland UK send using Parcel2Go its still sent using Hermes but works out a lot cheaper.

Cashback with Evri.
Was easy registering for Cashback with Evri but not easy for Top Cash Back actually getting the any cash from Evri.
Received cashback in the end.

Could be better !
EVRI does not seem to track properly, I ALWAYS have to submit manually via the cashback site, even then the payable amounts are inconsistent, regardless of the amount spent, ..... it's not rocket science, you could and should be able to get it right !

Constantly fails to track my purchase, I always have to submit a claim, and when settled, the payment amounts vary so much, even on multiple identical purchases, now that is just unacceptable !

Hermes used to track immediately. The last couple of months I have had to submit a ticket nearly every transaction! Definitely something going wrong.
