	Never Tracks, Have To Manually Submit A Claim Every Time For the past 3 years Evri has never tracked. All other merchants track no problem (including Evri International) but for the hundreds of times I have used Evri it never tracks. I have reported to the service desk before, but just got the usual proforma response about clearing cache, deleting cookies ... all of which I have done many times over to try to get the tracking to work.

	They simply don't track I have made a large number of purchases and have just given up making reports at this point, if you don't report it they wont.

	Rubbish My cashback didn't track, lodged a claim. Evri say I didn't go via TCB which I did will not be using them again.

	Very poor tracking Every time I use Evri I have to raise a claim for the cashback as it just doesn't track reliably at all. TCB should probably ditch them as these negative reviews are stacking up now. Doesn't reflect well on either party.

	None of my Evri transactions are tracking Since April, Ive had to open a claim for each of my transactions

	Don't use for cashback ever It's not worth using for cashback now. Evri will keep rejecting it even if you provide the order code and show you got there via TCB. Best use of Evri now is via Ebay where there is the same discount. The cashback offer is just a lure to get customers and keep it for themselves.

	Dishonest Did not track as reported by many others here. Submitted a claim with TCB which came back declined as they required an 8-digit order number which does not exist anywhere in my order confirmation email from Evri. In true catch-22 style, Evri do not accept their own order number format. Unclear why TCB allow this to occur.

	A Pain In The Backside !! Despite all my efforts, Evri does NOT track .... EVER !!!! ... It really is a pain in the backside submitting a claim for every single transaction, and even then some are mysteriously rejected.

	Service OK, cashback not so much It seems nearly every time I use this merchant I have to put in a manual claim, whether by design or some form of technical error it would be appreciated if this could be sorted.

	Most don't seem to work I use Evri on a weekly basis for posting out - getting cashback is a great bonus, however it seems to have stopped working and my last 6 transactions haven't recorded
