I always rent from Enterprise, the service is good and vehicles reliable. However, claiming cashback is a different story altogether - I have used tcb several times now for renting and have been paid only once, and that too a paltry sum of 88p, which seems to be their standard cashback amount regardless of purchase amount.
Currently have another claim 'on hold' for 14 weeks now, since apparently 1.05% of 136 is 88p again!

Rent once a month every month for last two years and for some reason only managed to get cashback twice, Mainly tracks at zero then is declined. A few times it hasnt tracked at all dont really understand how to get cashback from this merchant. I would rate them lower than very very poor but the service is good and the cars are cheap, If they dont intend on giving cashback they shouldnt be on this site.

I'm still waiting for the cashback for my transaction in July 2013. As others has commented if they do not have any intention to pay out then they should be on this website.

The first cash back for a few pence was given but when I tried to claim a cash back on a few pounds it was a different story. It was declined 'Non Commissionable'.... what this means... sounds like they cant afford to give that much back to the customer. Not worth the disappointment of trying to get cash back from them is the answer.

This has to have been my worst ever car rental experience. Picked up vehicle from Lisbon Airport having already pre-booked in the UK. We waited for over 2 hours at the airport in a queue to pick up the vehicle and about the same amount of time to return it at the end of our holiday. No apology for delay, and poor customer service. Company seemed to be totally disorganised. Just to complete the experience they even declined my cashback!!! Would never use again.

How they have a 99% score for cashback is beyond me. Sad to say that Topcashback are still allowing them to "track" through their site is very poor. They don't ever pay cashback, despite it usually being under a pound anyways. Use someone else if you want the cashback. These guys are an absolute joke. Poor.

Due to work i hire a car every second week, regardless of how many different companies i try Enterprise always comes out the cheapest. I have no complaints with the service i receive from them and i have never had any issues.
However as far as cashback is concerned you have almost no chance of every seeing it, after approximately 30 booking the only cash back i have received has been 1.46 GBP that i got once, all the other times the cashback has tracked at 0.00 or simply does not track at all!

Cashback declined despite having taken the booking. It seems from comments in here that I'm not alone! TCB refer you back to the merchants terms and conditions on the merchant's page but I can't see any....won't bother with cashback in future, but car rental cheapest atm so not much choice I'm afraid, but they probably know that so hence why they decline cashback.

Absolutely crazy. They decline every single transaction. I booked five times over the last month. All confirmed, all taken and they declined every single transaction. The transaction appeared ok and then when it came time to pay, DECLINED.
I would not recommend - I recommend you choose someone else.

Never pays out
If this tracks they never pay out. They take over a year to reject so you can't even make a claim. If you make a claim of an untracked order they reject that too. Awful.

Good vehicle, poor tracking
I've had my payment pending for over a year and then two days ago I find out they have declined it. I hired from them using the proper system, clicked the proper links, no funny business, there's no reason at all they should decline my cashback.
As a hire company they are fine but the cashback tracking is abysmal.

Don't bother
I've had an outstanding cashback claim for over 2 years, which has been rejected. Hired a car for a week long holiday through TCB, the initial claim was rejected, I supplied receipts as evidence of the hire, but Enterprise after 2 years are "standing by their original decision". No reason given for rejecting the claim, but I wouldn't bother using them for the cashback!
