I left feedback saying how enterprise was a waste of time as it is always declined and hey presto £1.29 is now payable (1% of £129) amazed it's a first for me. :')

The rental price and service were good but the cash back failed to track. I have have over 200 cash back 'transactions' and this is the first to fail so be aware people!

Whilst I find Enterprise cars and their service excellent, I don't understand what one has to do to get their cashback on TCB. Multiple transactions: all of them declined, though I did complete the transactions by renting and returning cars. Not a big issue since the cashback amount is low, but if they don't intend to pay cashback, they shouldn't be here (I would still rent from them anyway :-)
