Cashback declined after 12 months! Waste of space these guys!

Took out two bookings with Enterprise for extended periods and the cashback didn't register on either occasion. Still waiting for a response months later but I don't anticipate seeing any cashback from this. 6 months later Enterprise came back to say I'd cancelled the booking... which I hadn't. The hire service is really good, but don't go with them for the cashback!

i rented several cars over a 6 month period and ALL my cashbacks got rejected for no reason whatsoever. Feel cheated.

Cashback tracked okay but still pending 12 months later. So be prepared for a wait and don't depend on the cashback.

Twelve months and still not payable.... Likely might get declined altgough there wouldnt be any valid reason for doing so since it was a genuine transaction.

I've waited 3 times longer than the estimated cashback amount and I still haven't had cash back, which happens to be tracking at half the amount it should be. TCB are no help either.
