I hired a van for 11th may 2020 through top cashback, to help us move house as it was during 1st lockdown and no removals were open. nearly 9 months later they decline the amount. I wont be using them again.

Took out two bookings with Enterprise for extended periods and the cashback didn't register on either occasion. Still waiting for a response months later but I don't anticipate seeing any cashback from this. 6 months later Enterprise came back to say I'd cancelled the booking... which I hadn't. The hire service is really good, but don't go with them for the cashback!

i rented several cars over a 6 month period and ALL my cashbacks got rejected for no reason whatsoever. Feel cheated.

Cashback tracked okay but still pending 12 months later. So be prepared for a wait and don't depend on the cashback.

I've waited 3 times longer than the estimated cashback amount and I still haven't had cash back, which happens to be tracking at half the amount it should be. TCB are no help either.
