Very complicated terms and conditions
I placed a sizeable order but their terms and conditions are too complicated. I would not recommend cashback as a reason to choose enterprise.

Was only a weekend hire so amount was not high, but paid out correct amount and in only a few weeks since hire ended.

Never pays out
If this tracks they never pay out. They take over a year to reject so you can't even make a claim. If you make a claim of an untracked order they reject that too. Awful.
