Average time supposed to be 26 weeks. Ended up chasing it up after 32 weeks and Top cashback paid out as gesture of goodwill! At least now able to collect but why do we have to chase up these things....do not tell me it is because of Covid!d

Purchased on the 26th of May, Payable 21st of December. Quite a long time to wait but it was advised when signing up that it would be about 6 months. Can't complain, easy £150 for switching.

Over 6 months later and I still haven’t received the Cashback from EDF - it’s all a bit tiresome. Especially as they hold onto the winter fuel payment until February potentially as well. Not impressed by them or their efficiency.
