When I first started using TopCashBack to go through Dominos, every sale was credited, and paid. However, the past 2 occassions nothing has been credited, I've had to lodge a missing cashback claim, and then after 3 months it's been rejected with the reason: "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale". Which is complete rubbish, the process was followed - browser opened - www.topcahsback.co.uk visited - searched for Domians - clicked the get cash back link - placed order. No other 'Marketing channel' was involved! Just an excuse by Dominos not to pay cash back! You can see this is happening more and more with other users, from the most recent reviews of Dominos on this site!

Although the order tracked without issue and the pizza was delivered, cashback was cancelled without specific reason.
After extensive chasing, despite having provided order number this transaction was still declined without specific explanation.
Avoid!

Have bought dominos through tcb a few times and have never had a problem. Always get my cashback and it goes through very quickly. Would be great if they could increase the rate.

pick it up yourself, I ordered for delivery when it arrived it was so cold I had to put it in the oven to reheat, I've had pizza's off them before slightly warm but never a hot enough one, all be it some people like cold pizza I dont or would buy a frozen one, I spent £40 (after codes used) certianly wont be spending money there again, I did complain yet never heard back, customer service eh?

Fantastic service from both topcashback and dominos. Placed order and within 12 minutes I was emailed with a transaction notification and the money was in earnings. I have no doubt that it'll soon become payable. Only flaw would be the percentage of cashback given is poor. Service and food = perfect.

I enjoy Domino's Pizza, perhaps more than some of the others out there selling pizzas. The Domino's Website is very easy to use, even allows you to give a name to Create Your Own Pizzas.
My only fault with this retailer is that in my experience, they NEVER track automatically. I ALWAYS have to log a claim, and this my be in stark contrast to the other reviewers posting comments, but as of right now I have SIX TRANSACTIONS in the claims process. I'm happy for all those who are luckier than I am to have this retailer track all the time - and quickly. I'd like a bit of that happiness please!!!

There are loads of vouchers from dominos to use online, I usually get 50% off voucher, same as buy one get one free, plus I go through topcashback to save even more.
