Like others, the cash back is low but it tracked straight away, I would have bought it anyway and TCB led me to order Dominoes online which saved me around £3.50 so I'm really happy.

My purchases never track with Dominos. I am always having to raise a manual claim and I use them around twice a month, so it does get quite annoying having to do this all the time. However the food is good and the claim does pay out eventually, it's just annoying having to constantly raise a manual claim!

Had this bout 3 weeks ago, never again pizza wasn't very nice and I even found a long hair on it. Put me right off , mentioned it on the questionnaire thing they do and not even bothered to get back to me very rude !

Ordered pizza on 28th oct 2013 as a new customer at cashback of 3.03%. Tracked immediately at only 16p (not worth bother!) but am still waiting for this measly amount to be confirmed (not even payable!)on 23rd December. So much for estimated payable speed of 2 weeks. At the extortionate price Dominos charge for their inedible rubbish you would think 16p would be payable before now. Will never use TCB again for this merchant as certainly will not buy this horrid, rubbery, dry pizza again that had no sauce or cheese on. Can't have cost more than 20p to make so no idea how they charge so much. Awful.

Mixed reviews on this one. Domino's make and sell excellent Pizza!!! That is unquestioned! However the cashback experience needs to catch up to the standard of their pizzas.
These guys are not the quickest of payers. I've currently got 2 tickets open for this one and I have no idea when I'm going to get credited. The percentage they offer isn't the greatest either. At the time of writing 1.01% for existing customers??? C'mon, we deserve more than that!

Always tracks v quickly and at correct amount. Product delivered hot but sometimes get toppings wrong if do half an half orders or change lots of things. Use the deals wizrd on their site AFTER you have put what you want into basket as sometimes discounts on half and half pizzas look to be excluded when aren't!

Duped into buying from Dominos with £9.99 cash back, but apparently the small print said it was for new customers only. They didn't deliver so I had to get a babysitter and go and pick it up! Have written to them, but they are not interested. Not a good experience.

Would be nice if they offered existing customers a bit more cashback. I understand they offer the higher cashback to new customers to get them to use there services and order. I've never had a problem and find Domino's fantastic and quick tea resolution for when your to tired to cook or as a treat for the family.

Didn't Track - although was shown in Merchant visits... Local franchise was terrible - the Pizza Tracker claimed it had been delivered a whole hour before it turned up - I hope it wasn't sitting cooked somewhere, my guess is that it wasn't in the oven when it was claimed to be etc. Perhaps the local stores can't be bothered to track each pizza, and just bulk track them as them come in claiming prep, over, quality control, deliver, delivered.
Pizza was tiny I ordered Large - smaller than any other brand I have ever purchased, even smaller than Tesco's Pizza! Not a Pizza to share! Stuffered crust was less stuff than I am used with proper Pizza companies or supermarket version. Pizza taste was OK but certainly not worth the price paid. Proper Rip-Off. Never EVER again.

Ordered with an offer of £9.99 cashback for placing an order with dominos, cashback was declined without reason, i contacted top cashback to be told i didn't meet the criteria? what criteria when all it said was order a pizza and get £9.99 cashback, will be thinking twice about using top cashback there support is not very useful and there offers are not clear (Hidden Criteria).
Overall bad experience but the over price pizza actually came cooked this time from domino's so not all is a loss though had it not been for the cash back offer i could have enjoyed 3 pizzas from my local takeaway with toppings compared to the one from domino's

Have used top cash back many times with dominos. Every time the same and yet around half the time it fails to track and I'm told no cashback is due.
For example I received this generic and unsatisfying message despite navigating direct to the site using a cookie cleared PC:
"Having chased your claim with the merchant network it unfortunately appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been provided regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'."
No way to fight it or question it - seems top cash back are literally powerless to argue issues like this so retailers can simply avoid cashback by stating you'd used another marketing channel without providing any evidence!!! Seems more like them wriggling out of paying any cashback.
