Good service though they are expensive for certain types of parcels. Delivery overseas is prompt and UK is usually next day.

Cashback declined without reason. Parcel, (which was a large parcel), lost soon after courier collected it. Very difficult to conyact customer services & get response. Finally did after going through Facebook. Will be sticking yo Hermes
