	I am a Business seller on eBay, this has to be the fastest, cheapest, most reliable worldwide courier ever. Their UK tracked next day is excellent too, being far cheaper than Royal Mail special delivery. All have tracked & moved on really quickly too All good as far as I can see.

	Never ever tracks for me, tried chrome, firefox, internet explorer, other things track fine, not this one, have to manually do them. also cashback used to be 10% , its now 5%

	Good service though they are expensive for certain types of parcels. Delivery overseas is prompt and UK is usually next day.

	Parcel to Germany got returned for no reason, had to book again, was ok 2nd time, but not happy about the delay and no compensation. I have used before to Germany and they were ok. In April I sent a parcel to France which got returned for no reason but to wrong address, had a fight with them to pay out for compensation, they did eventually but it wasted a lot of my time, cheap service but has problems.

	1 purchase tracked straight away. The other didn't track, and claim refused. Their service to Australia is great value though, and I will use them again

	Reliable courier service. However the last three orders have not tracked and they did not honour the NOV05 discount code. Indeed, they deducted the amount from the basket and then took the full payment anyway.

	Cashback doesn't track For many months, cashback has not tracked with this vendor, requiring a missing cashback claim to be submitted. They have now started to decline my missing cashback claims with the reason that I have used a discount code. This is factually incorrect. To be fair the DHL service is usually very reliable with next day deliveries, so I can't fault them there. I will continue to use them, but it would be nice to receive cashback for my purchases too.
