Very good sales experience, though cashback rate dropped after I purchased, and I got the lower rate, rather than the rate advertised at the time I purchased.

Having broken my laptop charger, had to replace it. Had issues with a dodgy ebay one, so went to Dell direct. Wasn't as expensive as thought it would be, free delivery, and arrived 3 days before the estimated delivery date

Received reduced cashback after making claim...a bit disappointed
I purchased a PC and a monitor. Unfortunately I had to seek the help of the TC team to chase this cashback for me. They did succeed in getting the cashback, however I should have received around £35+ but eventually got about £10 less. There was no rational explanation for the reduction as the TC team could not challenge further. It still made the purchase through TC worthwhile, but ultimately minus points for Dell, and extra points for the TC team. In Dell's case, as with all purchases, keep a track of the detail ready to make a challenge. 5 stars overall for TC efforts - 1 star Dell for making me work for it....and short changing me.

Orders generally don't track for months
Whenever I make an order I always create a customer service ticket so that I can track the cashback myself. They eventually come through and become payable, but tracking appears non-existent for both Dell and Alienware.

****AVOID AT ALL COST****** Genuine cashback was not tracked. Raised manual claim for laptop purchase which included all the information they required. However after 11 months of waiting claim was rejected by Dell without reason. Topcashback should take this up with Dell as there are far too many complaints from customers who have been treated in the same way. Better they were struck off the site rather than making false cashback promises.

Bought an overpriced charger for my Dell Ultrabook (no compatible part available anywhere else!) but purchase failed to track. A year after purchase and 11 months since Topcashback referred the claim to Dell and I'm still no closer to getting my cashback - not impressed!

Purchased laptop Dec 2012. Tracked but never paid out even after multiple nudges. Nothing too loose by using the link to try and get cash back through TCB however don't factor the cash back into your budget as you may be disappointed. No reason for why cashback wasn't given.

I run an IT company so I buy quite a few systems from Dell about 20 a month, I have no idea what is going on with the cashback though as since the beginning of may I have ordered 9 laptops from them and not one of those 9 has tracked I have had to put manual claims in for all 9.. plus the rate has fallen from 5% to 2%
