The laptop I purchased took over 3 weeks to arrive, which to be fair Dell's very tiny small print says it may do – it didn’t say at their checkout. I am now 4 months down the line with numerous nudges and an additional online form to topcashback and have had no response to advise on how my claim is proceeding. I was due £120 cashback which is a significant amount of money. It seems from reading comments that people who have purchased goods which cost less will get their cashback OK – this must keep up Dell’s customer satisfaction score – but higher values of cashback they don’t pay out on as it costs them more. It would be interesting to see figures on success rate versus cashback due.

The payout took months to clear and it was much less than it was advertised. I was suppose to get just over £10, but ended up getting £2.69.

Bought items on black friday, 28th Nov, items did not track even though recorded by Top Cash Back, put in a claim still waiting for a mid response in March. Definitely not 4 starts!!!!!

They have deemed my purchase as "illigitimate" so no cashback. They probably like the exposure of TCB but not to payout. The laptop i bought is however verygood and was delivered fast. If you need the cashback as part of your budget, don't bother.
