Be careful with purchases from Dell Computers! Excellent service and quality.... BUT.... they are slow with the promised cashback. Bought laptop 23rd April 2011. Still waiting for the £35 cashback.

Casback is offered on the sum with no VAT...Instead of the offered 10%on INSPIRON products they payed me 5% only. Request for the remaining 5% been sent to Dell with the support of TopCasback, outcome unknown... I will let you know

Was a bit apprehensive to start shopping this way - but I am so glad I did as it is absolutely brilliant when the £'s start stacking up! My only regret is not coming across TCB sooner.

Wrong amount
The cashback experience has been quite poor. The amount tracked was less than half of the advertised. And yes, it was after excluding the VAT and not using any codes. Despite raising it multiple times, I eventually gave up on claiming for it. Do not recommend and do not expect to get more than a third of what you should be getting.

Made around 6 purchased in the last 7 months, only one has tracked. The one that tracked was against an order made on the 1st August 2020. It turned up on my earnings page on the 22nd December. Almost 4 months after the purchase date.

Had to call up twice about my order, once to make them process it, once to remind them to take the money. Now been waiting over twelve weeks for cashback currently marked "Pending".

They have deemed my purchase as "illigitimate" so no cashback. They probably like the exposure of TCB but not to payout. The laptop i bought is however verygood and was delivered fast. If you need the cashback as part of your budget, don't bother.

Bought a laptop in February 13, cash back failed to track. I opened a claim, which is still ongoing and is still waiting for Dell to respond, 8 months later. Wouldn't bother using again.

No cashback received on purchase despite being genuine and all information sent. Cashback was for a significant amount as on an expensive gaming computer. Took 3 months for them to respond through Topcashback and decline. No information given at all as to reason. Very unsatisfactory.

Just found out that Dell have not honoured my cashback claim, sent them a bill showing a purchase of a laptop of over £500 and have declined the claim with no explanation what so ever, wont be using them for a cashback deal

Bought a laptop in September 2012. Claim didn't track so submitted it manually. Keep sending nudges to TopCashback, but 7 months later still no sign of a resolution one way or the other. Based on other comments here, I've pretty much given up on ever receiving my cashback. Very disappointed with the cashback experience, but love the laptop - it was a total bargain, so I should be happy with that.
