I bought my son a pair of leather boots for a Christmas gift and Debenhams had 5% on shoes and boots so I should have got about £2.50cash back and they gave me 52p. I won’t shop with them in future as I don’t feel it’s fair they entice you to shop with them by offering exclusive deals and then failing to pay up.

Dire. Cashback tracked at the wrong amount, made a claim that has been outstanding for 18 weeks so far. Been messed about. Took over 5 months to get the cashback (at lower amount than was promised). Total waste of time.

love Debenhams as a shop although sometimes it is hard to shop as the pages don't load up, I prefer to look for voucher codes and get a better deal with free postage etc as the cashback took over 5 months to reach payable and it only reached payable because topcashback had to intervene
