My last three orders tracked at £0 with a message it would go up at the approval stage but this never happened, I was then past the 60 day claim period and so lost out on nearly £13 cashback!

Placed 2 large orders in August. First one shown as payable and then not paid with no reason given. Second order still showing as payable but I am certain that it won't as it is several months ago. I won't shop with Debenhams again.
