Frustrating
I was declined £13+ cashback from Debenhams basically because they sent us the wrong item, so it had to be returned and replaced - but because of this my cashback was decline. This was very frustrating because it was down to Debenhams error that the item had to be replaced.
I have to add that TopCashBack we’re excellent from their customer service, they recompensed our cashback themselves without me asking. Top class service from TopCahsback.

Don't bother - look elsewhere
Declined cashback - all tracked fine but they will never pay. No reason for declining. If you think the purchase is cheaper because of the cashback, then look elsewhere... ZERO STAR!

Cashback was refused because they claimed that my click through from TCB was not the last point of entry to their site. Clicked through from TCB at 13.00 purchase acknowledged by Debenhams at 13.10. ???

Terrible service with item shipping delayed despite paying additional to guarantee delivery. Cashback was eventually declined although all T&Cs were met. Great to see Debenhams going down their path of their bricks & mortar predecessor in terms of customer service.

Would rate Zero Stars if possible
I bought the jacket from Debenhams, top cash back tracked in my account after 1-2 months Debenhams declined the transaction although I never returned the item, it is still with me . Therefore, I have to raise a claim and contact the customer service team I can provide my transaction number as well. Finally, it got resolved.. But too much hassle with this retailer.
