Rarely tracks online or instore. Always have to submit missing transactions. Always have to wait months then always get same message " TCB have not been credited with your transaction, a third party was involved" therefore we have not been credited so we cannot pass on cashback for this. What a load of tosh. Not sure if it's Debenhams or TCB. My credit card is a Debenhams card !! I clear my history and cookies every time too.

Very often doesn't track the correct item. If you purchase Debenhams own brand with their non brands then they don't give any cashback even for their own brand part of the purchase.
