Worst experience on site. Have used TCB for 9 years and in that time Debenhams has rarely paid out. I have spent a small fortune with them. Every time TCB comment that I should clear cookies before using and each time I reply that I clear all history and preferences before I click begin with TCB and transfer directly and never leave the page until transaction complete. Used at least 4 different gadgets for process and get same response. Won't bother with Debenhams again. 0 stars if could.

Very poor. Debenhams frequently decline cashback without justification, or it fails to track. It took them 10 months to investigate my most recent claim, and they then declined it with the excuse that the item had been returned. It was 100% definitely not returned. so this is a lie. Debenhams cashback is an absolute con. They declined another claim when they had made a mistake with my order. Shame on you, Debenhams!
