No problems with tracking so far and they always pay. Debenhams are fast at delivering items but when I had to return a faulty item they didn't refund immediately (I used my Debenhams gold card) and their customer card services were terrible. I was transfered many times and always ended up back where I started. I had to write in the end to get the refund.
