Very quick to say pending.Good website, but it took a few times to get my order confirmed as it was their 25%off few days and the site kept crashing.I even had a follow up telephone call to see if i had recieved my order.

i forgot to mention i also ordered on promo date and also had huge problems to order items, taking nearly all day to sort it out grr, kept kicking me off too, it was a nightmare and was on verge of giving up when i finally got it sorted, order arrived quickly though

I was foolish enough to attempt to buy on-line during the 3 day promotion. 5 hours and lots of anquish later, I finally was able to complete the transaction.
The web-site was slow, kicked you out half way through, and told items weren't available when they were. I got everything I wanted (some of which came 2 days later), but unless I have good reason I won't attempt to buy during a promo again. Shame, cos I really like Debenhams stuff.
