Very disappointing customer service. Slow to deliver. Combined two orders and then had the cheek to charge delivery on one of them (should have been free as gold card customer but even if not they combined the orders so total value was over £100 on which they were offering free delivery anyway!). Not very impressed. Won't use them again!

Debenhams do not deliver when they say they will. And they even send emails suggesting they will deliver over the Christmas holiday: they don't, of course.
