Debenhams do not deliver when they say they will. And they even send emails suggesting they will deliver over the Christmas holiday: they don't, of course.

Had to ring on two occasions to chase-up delivery of order. Came after ringing a third time (on 7th day) and then a second one arrived. Unable to track order online.

We've been really surprised and impressed by recent experiences of Debenhams. Having rather dismissed them as a pretty ordinary department store we've done a good portion of our Christmas shopping there across several departments and at very competitive prices

Absolutely appalling customer service - sent me the wrong item twice, no one able to help sort out the problem kept passing me from one dept to another. Will never use again and wouldnt recommend - sorry!
