website still not completely up to scratch. there was a problem with my payment (on sale day!) and I didnt get to know until I received a letter three days later. By thattime the goods I ordered had been sold out. The error was debenhams payments, not mine. I complained, was passed from pillar to post, and was promised that customer services would call back. no one did.
