Only just (November 2009) signed to the Debenhams website. At the time that I was using it they were having big problems and it was VERY slow. The payment system was also having major problems.
Anyway after trying to pay for my items, on and off for about four hours, my transaction finally went through.
All items that I ordered were delivered to the address that I requested and I was kept well informed, by email, as to the status of my order.
Will use again.
