Despite shopping on the Debenhams website directly from taking my Topcashback link, Debenhams have refused to payout my cashback. The exact reason has not been given to me, just that it might be because a voucher code was used, or alternate referral site after I used TopCashback. This is definitely not the case. I went straight from TopCashback to Debenhams and made my purchase. Therefore I conclude they have a problem with their tracking mechanism, to the detriment of their customers. Well I am a Debenhams customer no more after this. Expect a cashback payout at your peril!
