	Slow Tracked with no problems and a generous cashback rate but purchases in November 2025 have still not proceeded to payable. Estimated payable updated to 14 weeks now, just over three months which feels excessive.

	Cashback still pending I've purchased a few times from Debenhams. I'm still waiting for cashback from May and it is still showing as expected in August. I'm not expecting to receive the cashback.

	RUBBISH SERVICE.terrible customer service rubbish feedback do not expect any any help from Debenhams because they dont reply to your messages if you have problems,and its not your fault lost at hub parcels and trying to explain on text they go through none of former texts as they dont read any of it they just tell you its been sent and 3rd partys problem you are nothing and then tell you that order has been completed and thats that buy and use at your peril and loss

	Did not honour cash back Despite going through top cashback, it didn’t track. I put in a claim (Topcashback correctly showed the time and date of order), but Debenhams say they can’t find that the order was done through Topcashback. I’ll avoid using them again and choose a different retailer which does track and payout as promised

	Never honour cashback Disappointed, I have spent a lot of money, over £400 for different items from here. Each time they say it hasn't tracked or that they decline the transaction. I made sure that all the correct steps were made in order to track. Disappointing. Won't use Debenhams again.

	Delayed Payout Tracked without any problems. Estimated payment was 12 weeks (3 months) and it took 16 weeks (4 months). A little longer than expected to pay but did eventually get there.

	Don't trust them! The amount tracked isn't the actual amount you spend, it's based on the price you spend minus VAT. Therefore you will forever be shortchanged! Do not buy from Debenhams, I can't say it more clearly than this.

	So poor on refund payment Take 3 weeks to get a refund way too slow lack of information. Take the payment straight away so why does it take 3 weeks for refund. No replacement service so if you order an item and does not fit but you want another in different size you have to pay twice
