	Simply do not order from 5his company I have made several purchases with this company through topcashback and every time it never tracked and then I make a claim and that also gets refused and also there customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced

	Total waste of time This is the fourth time my purchases have not tracked total waste of time and there customer service is absolutely terrible so stay away from this company its definitely not the old debenhams.com

	Pleased with my purchase, thanks. I ordered a mattress topper and it came along quite quickly and was real pleased my purchase after too. Thanks Debenhams, online only these days then.

	Impossible to return and get money back! I ordered a duvet set, when it arrived it was the wrong colour. After a lot of hassle i got a return label and now thy refuse to pay me back the full amount. Stay way! I know my consumere rights and the item was incorrect so therefore they should refund the total amount.

	9.5 months later and cashback finally payable At the beginning of September 2025 I purchased an item from Debenhams, cashback tracked ok and finally after 9.5 months its just become payable, luckily it was only a small amount. Customer service was a nightmare as no phone number, emailed, took over a week to reply , didn't answer the questions, so another email and another week with another reply that didn't fully answer questions, parcel did arrive but wouldn't use again

	Terrible Still waiting for cashback from last August! Looks like others are waiting as well. Why is Top Cashback still promoting them? Should be sidelined until they start paying.

	Slow or false promises?? I have 4 tracked cash back purchases to confirmed status, from Debenhams. The oldest being 11 months since purchase and a total of £35+ sat in confirmed, waiting to become payable. I'm beginning to think the cash back promise from Debenhams is just fabrication, and won't let it influence any of my purchases in future

	So so slow I made a purchase on the 1st of December and it said it would take about 14 weeks to process it’s still pending and it’s 4th of April I’ve got all my other cashbacks from December but this is the slowest non-moving cashback I have ever had to deal with and if I could give negative one star, I would

	Slow is an understatement 8 months since purchase in August and still not payable. Had to lodge a claim initially. Tracked in December and is now confirmed but not payable.

	very, very slow (if not at a total standstill...) 2 purchases in 2025 - June and September. The June one updated exactly 6 months later, on 22 December 2025 - but despite being 'confirmed' is still unpaid a further 3 months later ... Same story with the Sept purchase which has updated today, March 19, again exactly 6 months after the purchase date. Not holding my breath that either will ever actually update to Payable esp as TCB say 14 weeks on average...

	Slow Tracked with no problems and a generous cashback rate but purchases in November 2025 have still not proceeded to payable. Estimated payable updated to 14 weeks now, just over three months which feels excessive.
