My order tracked quickly and I verified it (was a collect at store purchase) within hours of the initial track. The amount that tracked seemed to be wrong (was for double the amount and possibly based on an offer which expired a few days prior to my order) but everything seemed to be fine until today when Currys declined the transaction.
Claim submitted with TCB but not hopeful given past experiences with Currys and another cashback site.

Currys are happy to take your money & try to sell a worthless extended gaurantee but have not paid the cash back. Wont ever buy from currys again as long as i have a hole in my backside !!

TOPCASHBACK DID NOT DELIVER THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF CASHBACK FROM CURRYS.CO.UK AS THEY SENT ME PAYMENT OF PURCHASE PRICE EXCLUDING VAT. NO WHERE ON THE CASHBACK LINK DOES IT STATE THAT THE CASHBACK IS EXCLUDING VAT. VERY MISLEADING. I SPOKE TO TOPCASHBACK ABOUT THIS AND THE SAME LADY KEEPS STATING IT MAY HAVE BEEN WITHOUT VAT. NOT A REALLY DEFINITE ANSWER

Still awaiting to be paid cashback after 2 months! They left the parcel with an office in the area I lived in and didnt put a card through the door telling me and it took ages to track down the delivery and the currys rep who took the enquiry took it on a thursday and said I am on holiday til tuesday so will look into where it has gone when I get back!

Placed two orders within minutes of each other £89 order tracked within hours,2nd order placed 10 minutes later for a cooker and hood, costing £400 has not tracked!! Very strange!!!!

Noted that cashback tracked ok initially then went to zero due. Had to be followed up by a claim which then came through (thank you TCB). Poor show by Currys as took 5 months to get the transaction to payable. Do not throw away your receipt until the transaction becomes payable!!

The cashback experience for Currys and PC World is awful. I made orders in December, and it took months to even GET the notification that i had USED the service and purchased a product. It took many nudges on my claim to topcashback to even get this. I'm still waiting on PC World...

Fast delivery, fast tracking, low cashback, fast claim. Hope for fast resolution.
Delivery of item over the bank holiday weekend was excellent with good delivery location updates. Very impressed - now just want to get the cashback percentage advertised.

Received the cashback offer in the end, after it was withdrawn by the merchant and then reinstated after we complained. It would be much appreciated if the merchant concerned were to contact us to explain why??

Not the best experience getting cashback with Currys...First off it didnt track...After submitting a claim it took about 5 months for them to confirm it and another 3 weeks for it to become payable...Not a great experience but atleast they did pay
